Begin your journey with a comprehensive introduction to perimenopause and menopause support. In this foundational module, you'll explore the essential anatomy and endocrinology of menopause, understanding the intricate hormonal shifts that shape this life transition. You'll gain clarity on the differences between perimenopause and menopause, learn to recognize the physical and emotional changes women experience, and develop a holistic framework for providing compassionate, informed support. This module sets the stage for your entire certification, grounding you in the science while honoring the deeply personal nature of this transformative phase.

Biology & Physiology

By the end, you'll be equipped to guide women through one of the most critical decisions of their menopausal journey, helping them weigh their options thoughtfully and advocate for themselves with healthcare providers.

Module 4

Discover the transformative power of nutrition, movement, and restorative practices in managing menopausal symptoms and optimizing vitality. In this module, you'll explore the critical link between nutrition and menopause, learning how macronutrients, micronutrients, and specific dietary considerations can ease symptoms and support long-term health. You'll gain evidence-based insights into exercise strategies tailored for perimenopause and menopause—including strength training for bone density, cardiovascular health, and metabolic support. Dive into the science of sleep disruption during this transition and discover practical tools to help clients reclaim restful nights. Additional topics include stress management techniques, gut health and hormonal balance, hydration strategies, and the role of supplements in filling nutritional gaps. Through the module task "Changing Bodies," you'll integrate these concepts into a holistic support framework that honors each woman's unique journey and empowers sustainable, life-enhancing habits.

  • The Menopause Doula Program is an 8-module (estimated at 12-months total time) coaching certification program. It is a learning journey that equips you with the knowledge, tools, and certification to become a menopause coach—or simply to transform your own midlife experience. You'll learn about hormone balance, nutrition, mindset, movement, and holistic wellness practices, all grounded in science and lived experience.

  • Not at all! Our program is designed for women at all levels—whether you're looking to change careers, add coaching skills to your existing practice, or simply invest deeply in your own wellness journey. Our curriculum starts with foundational concepts and builds progressively, with plenty of support along the way.

  • We'll spill the tea!  Why?  We believe that after 15 years of offering this program we offer THE BEST coaching option for perimenopause and menopause out there!

    By the end of this course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of perimenopause and menopause, including the physical, emotional, and cognitive changes that occur during this time. They will also learn about various strategies for managing these changes, including nutrition, exercise, mind-body practices, hormone therapies, and natural lifestyle changes.

  • The course will be available online. By pre-signing up, you'll get early access as soon as it's ready. This allows you to learn at your own pace, from the comfort of your home.
